Office of the Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Bhakkar has issued Notification on 12-12-2019 in connection with Regularization Class IV Employees from Date of Recruitment Appointed under Rule 17-A. Detail is as under:
Consequent upon the Govt. of the Punjab Services & General Administrative Department (Regularization Wing) Notification No. SOR-III (S&GAD) 2-8/2018 dated 29.10.2019 duly forwarded by School Education Department Govt. of the Punjab Lahore Vide No. SO (SE-III) 5-419/2018 dated 25.11.2019 and keeping in view the directions of Honorable Lahore High Court Lahore, the services of the following Class-IV servants of this office who were initially appointed on contract basis granting the benefit of Rule 17-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1974, are hereby appointed as Naib Qasid / Mali in BS-01 on regular basis from the date of their recruitment as detailed below against the post presently held by them.
Their Services shall be governed under the Punjab Civil Servants Act 2974 and the Punjab Civil Services (appointments & conditions of service) Rule,1974 and the rules framed their under form time to time and all other rules applicable to regular government employees on the terms and conditions given below as mentioned at the copy of the Notification.
