The government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued a letter on 03-12-2020 in connection with Advance Increments of Higher Qualification and English Teachers of Punjab. The details of the same Notification are as under:
Advance Increments of Higher Qualification to English Teachers
I am directed to refer to your letter No. FD.SR-V.21-47/2012/23981 dated 06.11.2020 on the subject cited above.
They examined the case in the Department. They observed that the Hon’ble Court’s in a number of writ petitions have allowed advance increments to appellants on the basis of higher qualification. The same is also upheld by the Apex Court of Pakistan. Therefore, some of the Eng Teachers are getting the benefit of advance increment on the basis of higher qualification.
In view of the above, the department proposes that they should extend the benefit to all those English Teachers who are at par with those who have been wanted the relief.
EST of my school was awarded special increment on 01/09/2007.Audit officer objected on it.plz share notification of special increment dated 01/12/2007 .what would be the answer to audit objection.

I am an EST (General) in Punjab GOVT School System since 18-11-1990. Cut off date of advance increments due to higher qualification for EST(general) is 28-5-1998. I had done my M.Sc on 6-5-1997 which is earlier than cut off date. But I could not avail advance increment in time. Can I avail the same now? (Please reply with reference notification)

You can avail the same now, just apply to ur department along with ur degrees and complete proofs.
