Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 09-02-2021 in connection with Upgradation of Various Posts of Local Council Services in AJK. The details are as under:
Upgradation of Various Posts of Local Council Services
In compliance with the Honourable High Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir dated 02-03-2020 in the writ petition No. 274/2016, the President Azad Jammu and Kashmir have been pleased to accord approval for the up-gradation of following posts of Local Government Service with effect from 26-07-2018 by relaxation ban on up-gradation of posts applicable in Financial Year 2020-2021.

Notification No. FD/R 11860-70/2018 dated 26-07-2018 shall deem amended to this context.
