Notification Regularization Contract Employees Dec 2022 under Prime Minister Assistance Package has been issued by the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives on 29-12-2022. This Notification is in response to the recent Notification of Regular Appointment under the PM Assistance package. According to the previous Notification, all contract employees appointed under the Prime Minister Assistance package are now regular and this letter is from a particular department/minister/division.
Regularization Contract Employees Dec 2022 under PMAP
The following order is issued by the Ministry of Planning to regularize the Employees under Prime Minister’s Assistant Package.
In the purchase of the establishment Division’s O.M no 8/23/2021-E-2 (Pt) 23-12-2022, the services of the following employees working in this Ministry on a Contract basis under PMAP-2006 and PMAP-2015 are hereby regularized w.e.f 23-12-2022 under usual terms and conditions:

- They Will be entitled to draw their salary in their respective pay scale plus the usual allowance as admissible under the rule.
- They will be on probation for a period of one year with effect from their date of regularization expendable for the future period of one year in accordance with the civil servant (Application, Promotion, and Transfer) rule 1973. The employees regularized against the post of assistant, UDC and LDC will also be required to complete respective IT Training Courses from the National Information Technology Board (NITB) during their probation period.
- All other terms and conditions of Civil servant’s Appointment, promotion, and Transfer Rule 1973 will be Application to them as to other employees of the category.
- The issues with the approval of the joint secretary (HRM), M/o PD, and SI.
Regularization of Employees of Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations Islamabad
Notification Regularization of Contract Federal Employees under the Prime Minister Assistance Package (PMAP) has been issued by the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations Islamabad. According to Prime Minister’s Assistant Package for Families, the Child of the deceased In-service employee will be appointed for the post, he/she is eligible for regularization now. In light of the Government rules and policy of regularization and the Prime Minister’s Assistant Package, some employees have been regularized. Here is the context of order:-
As per the order, the above-mentioned officials are regularized against the posts mentioned in front of their names. They were Appointed under the Prime Minister’s Assistant Package for Families. This regularization is made as per the rules & regulations of regularization. The order is issued with the approval of authorities and their regularization is to be made with immediate effect as per the order.
