Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter on 02-01-2023 in connection with the Meeting on Regularization of SSEs and AEOs Punjab. The details are as under:
Meeting on Regularization of SSEs and AEOs Punjab School Education Department
The Punjab Government is holding a gathering about the Regularization of SSEs/AEOs. The Section Officer writes to all concerned authorities to for the meeting about the regularization of SSEs/AEOs. The section officer School Education Department writes to The Minister for Cooperatives, Environment Protection & Parliamentary Affairs, The Minister for Higher Education Department Punjab The Minister of the School Education Department Punjab, and The secretary School Education Department Punjab. The details of the officers for regularization are as under:

Call of Meeting
The Punjab Education Department calls the Ijlas immediately on the matter of the Regularization of SSES/AEOs. The Department shall hold a meeting on 3rd January 2023. The meeting will be held under the chairmanship of the Minister for Cooperatives, Environment Protection & Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Punjab. The members shall get together in the Committee Room of the S&GA Department. The members shall take into account the matter of Regularization of SSEs/AEOs. The final outcomes of the meeting shall be informed soon.
According to Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, they held a meeting today on 3rd January 2023. In this meeting, they recommended regularizing 14055 contract teachers. These regular teachers do not need to go through the Punjab Public Service Commission Exams.

After the issuance of this letter, there are chances for the Secondary School Educators (SSEs) and AEOs that Department will make them regular soon.
