Notification of Eid ul Fitr Holidays 2023 IUB

The Islamia University Bahawalpur issued the Notification on 11-04-2023 in connection with the Eid ul Fitr Holidays 2023 IUB. Vice Chancellor Islamia University Bahawalpur has announced Seven days of holiday on account of Eid-ul-Fitr 2023.

All campuses including all teaching and non-teaching staff or Administrative Departments will not be on duty from 19^th April 2023 to 25 April 2023. Eid-ul-Fitr is a day of not only celebrations but it is a day of forgiveness, care for each other, and unity, and on this day love, peace, and charity prevail. These holidays are provided to all students and staff members to make preparations for Eid with their families.

IUB Announces Eid-ul-Fitr Holidays

This year Eid-ul-Fitr is expected to be observed on Friday 21^st of April or Saturday 22^nd of April 2023. The celebrations will be made across Pakistan. The whole nation will make celebrations happily. For the complete celebrations of students with their family vice chancellor, the Islamia University Bahawalpur announces Eid-ul- Fitr Holidays. Whole staff members teaching or non-teaching and all campuses or sub-campuses remain closed during these holidays. The holidays will start from 19^th April 2023 till 25^th April 2023.

Eid-ul-Fitr Holidays in Pakistan

Officially Federal Government has not yet issued the Notification of Holidays 2023 on Eid ul Fitr. We can expect the Notification in a few days. As soon as I get the Notification of the Eid holidays from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, AJK, KPK, GB, and the Federal Government I shall share the information of employees. In Pakistan Muslims typically clean and decorate their houses. This is so done to welcome all guests on Eid day. They share their love by serving a generous amount of food and sweet drinks. To share their care with poor ones Muslims pay Zakat and Fitrana. This amount will help them to celebrate Eid too.

There is also a Holiday on 12th April 2023 in Sindh on Youm-e-Ali (R.A) for the Sindh province only. Other Governments have not yet announced this Notification.
