The department invites applications for the headquarters office in Lahore. It required the best candidates for appointment and engagement of retired supervisory staff. The staff can work supervising the signal department, mechanical loco department, and carriage and wagon department. They can serve on a contract basis for one year.  Suitable candidates having retired on superannuation like 60 years as posts mention against each subject to physical fitness.

General Terms and Conditions for Contract Appointment

 

1. Only those candidates who have worked in the above category are eligible for contract appointment.
2. The selected candidates will draw their salary according to the last pay drawn along usual allowances admissible under the contract.
3. The period of the contract is one further extendable year.
4. Only those candidates who are eligible and suitable for the appointments will receive call letters for interview.
5. The department can post the selected candidates anywhere in the entire railway system.
