35% Increase in Salary News Budget 2024-25 Sindh and Balochistan
As per the news of Daily Ummat Karachi dated 10th May 2024, the Sindh Government has a proposal to enhance the pay of the employees @ 35% as an Allowance. The Chairman of PPPP wished to raise the salaries of the Government employee of Sindh and Balochistan @ 50% however the Finance Department of Sindh said that the expenses of the Government are much. So there is no possibility to increase the salary by 35% instead of 50%. Previous year Sindh Government issued an Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023 @ 35% & 30% Sindh for the government employees. Now let’s see how the actual Sindh government favors the employees.
More Salaries than Federal and Other Provinces
As per the news, Sindh Government’s discussion with the Federal Government shows that the Federal Government is not in a position to increase the salaries of the employees @ 10% to 15%. The Sindh Government urged the Finance Department to increase the salaries of the Sindh Government employees more than the Federal Government. According to the sources, the Sindh Government can increase the pay of the employees @ 20% to 35%. However, the Government will make the final decision soon and chances at the day of the announcement of Budget 2024-25.
New Regarding Other Govt Pay Raise
Before this, there were various news about the increase in salaries of Government employees. As per the recent news update, The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has sought recommendations from the Finance Department to increase the salaries of Employees in Budget for KP employees as well as Enhance Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, and House Rent Allowance in Budget 2024-2024. There is also 10% to 15% increase in news for the Federal Government employees. There are chances that the Punjab Government will also increase the pay same as the Federal Government.
