Notification of M.Phil Allowance to All the Punjab Govt Employees
Punjab Govt, Finance Department has issued the revised notification of Ph.D/D.Sc and M.Phil Allowance. Notification No. FD.SR-I/9-21/2011 dated 1st April 2013 is issued that clearly stats that this Allowance will now be admissible to all the Govt Employees across the board under the administrative control of Govt of the Punjab subject to the condition that they acquire the M.Phil Degree from the recognized universities of Higher Education Commission with immediate effect.

Notification of 2 Days Weekly Holidays in Punjab 2013
Punjab Govt has issued Notification of two days weekly holidays in the Punjab province vide Notification No. SOW-I (S&GAD) 1-3/2008 (P-II) dated 11th April 2013. According to this notification 5 days working will be observed henceforth during a week and the days of Saturday and Sunday will be observed as closed.
