Govt of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III)Misc/09/Study Leave) dated 21st October 2013 in connection with the Study Leave for the school teachers of the Punjab Govt Schools.
The Finance Secretary has cleared the summary of the 20% Special Relief Allowance for all the Federal Govt Employees. This 20% Special Relief Allowance was granted to the Federal Employees of Ministries & Divisions only and the Attached Department’s Employees were left out.
Govt of Pakistan Finance Division Regulation Wing has issued Notification No. F.No.11 (4) R-2/2013-1427 dated 22nd October 2013 regarding the clarification about the Premature Increment on Upgradation. The queries arisen by various Departments/Divisions/Departments/Organizations etc were examined in connection with the premature increment on upgradation. The clarification of the same is as under:
Govt of Pakistan Finance Division Regulation Wing has issued Notification No. F.No.1 (5) Imp/2011 (Pt)-902 dated 21st October 2013 regarding the clarification of the Medical Allowance for the employees of BPS-16 & above.
It is good news for the contract employees that the process of the Regularization of Contract Employees has been started in Faisalabad Education Department. A memo No. 11065 dated 08th October 2013 has been issued to all the District Education Officers (SE/M&F-EE) by the Assistant Director (ADMN) for Executive District Officer (EDU), Faisalabad in this regard.
Government of the Punjab Finance Department already issued a Notification No.FD.PC-40-6-2007 dated 25th April 2009 in connection with the benefit of premature increment/ re-fixation of pay to serving SSTs appointed against the 50 % in service quota. I will express the matter with detail regarding Premature Increment to SSTs and also the same to ESTs.
