The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department, issued a Notification on 14-07-2026 in connection with House Requisition Allowance (HRA) 2026 KPK. The details are as follows:

Before this, the House Requisition Proposed Rates in KPK 2026 were issued, and now these rates have been approved on 14 July 2026.

Contents of the Notification of HRA Secretariat Employees KPK 2026
No.FD(SOSR-III)1-27/2026/ House Requisition Allowance: The Provincial Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in its special Meeting held on 19th June, 2026, has been pleased to approve House Requisition Allowance to the employees of Civil Secretariat, Chief Minister’s Secretariat & Governor’s Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for BPS-03 to BPS-22, with effect form 1st July, 2026 on the following fixed rates:
T&Cs of The Notification
The above Allowance will be admissible subject to the following conditions:
- It will be subject to income Tax.
- It will be admissible subject to the replacement/discontinuation/stoppage of House Rent Allowance.
- It will only be admissible during posting within the Civil Secretariat, Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Governor’s Secretariat.
- It will not be counted towards pension, communication, or gratuity.
- It will not be admissible to such employees of the Civil Secretariat, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, and Governor’s Secretariat who are allotted Government Accommodation or in receipt of / drawing House Subsidy.
- The employees of other cadres are working against the sanctioned posts on a deputation basis.
- It will be admissible during waiting for posting period on during extra Ordinary Leave (EOL).
- Officers employed on a pay package other than the National Pay Scale (Contract, market-based salary scale, etc). are entitled to this allowance.
