Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department, issued a Notification on 14-07-2026 in connection with the increase in Special Conveyance Allowance 2026 for KPK Disabled Employees. The Finance Department revised the CA rates for special employees from Rs. 6000/- per month to Rs. 10,000/- per month. The details are as follows:
Increase in Special Conveyance Allowance 2026 KPK
As per the Notification, the following rates of Special Conveyance Allowance have been notified. The rates are applicable with effect from 1st July 2026 for the disabled employees of the province.

The Notification says the following:
The Provincial Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in its Special Cabinet meeting held on 19th June 2026 has been pleased to increase the existing rates of Special CA being admissible to the Disabled employees of the KPK Govt from 6 thousand per month to 10 thousand per month with effect from 01-07-2026 on the terms and conditions mentioned in letter No. FD/SO (SR-II)/8-57/2016 dated 14-07-2016.
Consequently, with the issuance of this Notification, the letter No. FD/SO (SR-II)8-57/2018 dated 30-11-2018 and Notification dated 11-07-2026 shall stand suspended/cease to be effective.
