Financial Assistance Package

I have received many questions about whether Family Eligible for Assistance Package Prior to financial assistance policy 2004? The Finance Department Punjab has issued a notification in this regard on 01-06-2006. As per the policy letter, the employees who expired before 10^th Nov 2004 are not covered under the assistance package.                

I have received many questions regarding who is eligible for grant of financial assistance in case of death of a civil servant. I am here giving the reference of the Government of Punjab on the subject answer. According to the Finance Department Punjab, the following will get the financial benefits in case of death of the Government employee.

Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department has issued a Notification on 02-07-2021 in connection with the Check List for Claiming Financial Assistance to the Family of a civil servant who dies while in service.

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 27-04-2021 in connection with Clarification Conveyance Allowance and Salary Upto 60 Years Age to Family of Contract Government Employee.
