I am sharing the details of the decision to launch Housing Schemes for Employees in 13 Cities of Pakistan. These housing schemes are for the Govt employees of the Federal Government. The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority has invited applications on the pattern of a Joint Venture. The details are as follows:

Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing and Works issued a Notification on 02-03-2023 in connection with the One Plot One Employee Policy 2023. According to the new policy, the employees are not eligible for more than one plot. The details are as under:

Applications for Residential Apartments for employees under PM Vision of 50 Lac Houses are invited for the 1^st phase of 4000 apartments. It is the fulfillment of the promise of the prime minister of Pakistan and another milestone of the Government of Punjab.

Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation PHA Foundation Apartments for Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 in I-12/1 Sector Islamabad. These apartments are under the Federal Government employees quota. The employees will get these apartments on a first come first get basis. The rates of the Apartments for Federal Govt employees are very less as compared to the market.
