Procedure for Booking Apartments
- The employees can download the payment schedule and PHA membership form along with the application form from the Pakistan Housing Authority.
- The Federal Government employees have to deposit separate Rs. 5000/- for membership.
- You can select an apartment and floor that is available.
- The department will do the booking @ 15% of the total cost and the remaining payment the employees will pay in 12 quarterly installments.
