As you know, the Finance Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued the revised Notification DRA-2025 KPK @ 15% and I have prepared the Chart of DRA 2025 KPK for BPS-01 to BPS-21 employees. The KP Government granted DRA-2025 on the initial of Basic Pay of the 2022 Pay Scales. The details are as follows:
The Chart of Salary Increase 2025 has been prepared as per the Budget Speech 2025-26. The employees will get Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% while other eligible employees will also get a DRA-2025 @ 30% of their basic pay. I am sharing the Salary increase chart 2025 with a total of 40% increase. The details are as follows:
I shall share here the details of Adhoc Allowances and Revised Pay Scales 2025. As you know that there is much news from major TV Channels that the Government is granting DRA-2025 @ 30% and Revised Pay Scales 2025 with merging one of the Adhoc Relief Allowances. It is not yet clear which ARA Government will merge into basic pay. On the basis of this news, I have tried to clarify the status of these allowances and the possibility of merging them into basic pay and the introduction of Revised Pay Scales 2025. The Federal Government is presenting the Budget on 10th June 2025, and there may be new news in the coming days. The government may produce its formula or amendments to the proposals. However, based on current news, the current status of the ARAs and Basic Pay Scales 2025 is as under:
Government of Pakistan, Finance Division issued a Notification on 31-11-2023 in connection with Revised MP Pay Scales 2023. According to the Notification Finance Division issued the Revision of Management Pay Scales MP-I, MP-II, and MP-III. The Federal Government also clarified the TA/DA 2023, Medical Facilities, and Gratuity or Commutation on Retirement. They will also get Monetization of Transport facilities at specific rates. I have prepared the Chart of Salary New Appointed Employee 2023-24 Pay Scale Wise in Pakistan. This pay and allowances chart is for BPS-01 to BPS-18 employees who got fresh appointments in Federal and provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K). The salary in this new chart of 2023-2024 is different from the Salary Chart of Fresh Appointed Employees in 2022-23 in Pakistan BPS-wise. I have also made amendments to the new salary chart for 2023-24. The main amendment is the inclusion of Group Insurance, benevolent Fund, and GP Fund Subscription amount that I included in the new salary chart. The other reason for the difference in salary is the addition of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023 @ 35% and 30% for BPS-01 to BPS-16 and BPS-17 and above respectively.
