Lahore High Court Multan Bench has issued orders regarding Restoration of Advance Increments of Punjab School Teachers. These advance increments were stopped by the Finance Department Punjab letter dated 17-11-2014.
These increments were stopped with effect from June 1990 to September 2013. The teachers had filed a writ petition against this discrimination and the court now has issued its decision in favour of the teachers.
Sir,I am serving as s.s.t.and am going to retired on 4th of may 2017. As i applied for the preparation of service statement to A.G.office auditor said that i would have to recover three advance increments of M.A. Please inform and guide me what should I do??

govt of punjab had already awarded advance ncrement M.A.M.Med but now unfortunately recovered under letter dated 17.9.2014 lahore high court multan bench decleared this lrtter llegle and set aide decision dated 26.1.2016 w. p. no 15307/15 and 17829/15
