Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) has written a letter No. 1111 [HR]/16 (PES) dated 12-04-2016 in connection with Upgradation of Computer Operators Cadre-Rescue 1122. This letter has been written to the Section Officer (CD), Government of the Punjab, Home Department.
According to this letter, Chief Minister Punjab has accorded the approval of upgradation of all posts of Computer Operators in BPS-09, 10 & 11 having qualification of intermediate to BPS-12 and upgradation of all posts of Computer Operators having qualification of graduation to BPS-15 alongwith the incumbents under the Health Department.
Therefore in order the ascertain that whether the posts of Office Computer Operators and Computer Telephone Wireless Operators (BPS-11) alongwith the incumbents of Punjab Emergency Service can be upgraded as per their qualification in accordance with the attached order or otherwise. An advice in this regard is required from concerned department to proceed further.
It is therefore requested that enclosed case may be sent to above referred department for an advice/clarification.
