Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 07-06-2017 in connection with Advance Salary on Eid-ul-Fitr 2017
Attention is invited to Note-4 of Rule-2017 to the Treasury Rules (Vo1-1) which states that if the festive of Eid-ul-Fitr falls within the last ten days of a month, salary of that month, may be disbursed in advance to all federal government servants and pensioners observing the festive. The advance should not be disbursed earlier than five days before the date of festival. 24 & 25 June, 2017 are public, holidays Saturday & Sunday.
Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on 26 or 27 June, 2017, (depending upon sighting of Moon), It is, therefore, requested that arrangement may Kindly be made to disburse the salary and pension for the month of June, in advance, to the Federal Government Servants and Pensioners observing the festive, on -21-06-2017.
