List of Documents Required for Death, Registration and Vote of No Confidence
Cases of Local Governments Representatives. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to
refer to the subject noted above and to state that in future all the causes on
the subject would be forwarded to the LG&CD Department along with the
following documents duly attested by the Deputy Directors/ Chief Officers
(affixing original signature and stump) of the concerned local Government,
otherwise the case will not be
entertained:
