Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division has issued Notification No. 1/39/2013-E-2(pt) dated 03-08-2016 in connection with Employment of Son, Daughter or Wife in case of Two Wives of the Deceased Employee.
As you know, Punjab Government has already clarified this issue for the employment of son, daughter or wife of the deceased employee if he had two wives at the time of death. Now Federal Govt has also clarified this issue. You can read the details of the same at the copy of the Notification.
