Government of Sindh, College Education Department has issued Notification No.SO(G)CED/Circular/2018 dated 28-02-2018 in connection with Complete Ban on Usage of Pan, Guttka, Cigarettes and Other Narcotics-College Education Department Sindh. Detail is as under:

College Education Department, Government of Sindh has pleased to complete ban on usage of Cigarettes/Pan/Guttka and other narcotics in all the Sindh Govt. Collages and other Educational Institutes all over Provinces of Sindh.

It is to mention here that Notification of ban on sale & usage of cigarettes and pan etc has already been issued by the School Education Department Sindh.
