Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification on 31-07-2019 in connection with Special Judicial Allowance Equal to One Month Basic Pay Plus 50% of Running Basic Pay. Detail is as under:
In continuation of this department`s letter of even number dated 25.03.2019 the Component Authority i.e. the Governor of the Punjab under Article 208 of the constitution, has approved to unfreeze the special judicial allowance earlier admissible as equal to three initial basic pay of the pay scales 2008, and allow while revising the same at the rate equal to one basic pay of their respective current Pay Scales plus 50% of running basic pay with effect from 01.03.2019 to the member of Lahore High Court Establishment.
