Government of Sindh, Health Department has issued summary on 20-01-2020 in connection with grant Time Scale Award to Para Medical and Supporting Staff Health Department Sindh. Detail is as under:
Summary Time Scale Award to Para Medical Staff Sindh
The Section Officer (VIII), Chief Minister’s Secretariat Sindh, Karachi vide his letter No.SO-VIII/CMS/Health/5(1)2016/96 dated 13.01.2020 has forwarded the request / charter of demand of the Provincial President, All Sindh Peoples Para Medical Staff Welfare Association Sindh vide reference No.001/2020 dated 07.01.2020 The Honourable Chief Minister Sindh has been pleased to pass the following minutes / remarks on the demand of Provincial President, ASPPMSWAS (Annexure-I&II).

In this context, it is started that a meeting between Health Department Govt. of Sindh and representative of Joint Action Committee was held and it was unanimously agreed upon that the following structure of time-scale is recommend to Finance Department, Govt. of Sindh to award the same after the approval Competent Authority (Annexure-III).
The above proposed structure of time-scale has been formulated on the basis of One-Scale above to the Basic of Current revised pay scale 2017 after completing the tenure of service as mentioned above.
It is worth mentioning here that the proposed facility of time scale would not be applicable to the employees who have already been enjoying the benefit of service structure notified during the financial year 2005-2006 vide notification No.SO(PM)12-3/91-96 dated 17.05.2006 (Annexure-IV).
In view of the demand of All Sindh Peoples Para Medical Staff Welfare Association Sindh, it is proposed that the aforementioned structure of time scale may please be approve in favour if Para Medical & Supporting Staff of Health Department. Government of Sindh and the Service Structure of Paramedical Staff of Health Department from BPS-01 to BPS-15 notified on 17.05.2006 may please be discontinued after promulgation of the new Time Scale proposed at Para-2 of the Summary.
The Honourable Chief Minister Sindh may like to approve para above.
