Enhancement of Limit for Clearance of Salary Arrears (Pay & Allowances)

I direct to refer to this department’s policy letter No.SO(E&A)9(58)/2017, dated 01.03.2022, on the subject noted above. I state to advise that claims of arrears of pay and allowances in respect of Medical Officer / Women Medical Officer (BPS-17) (Health Department) and PMS Officer (BPS-17). Those appointed through Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) w.e.f. 2018 to 2021 may not entertain, till a decision on appeal is pending in the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan against the High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad’s judgment regarding set-aside the appointment of Medical Officer / Women Medical Officer (BPS-17) health department and PMS Officer (BPS-17).
