Schedule of Payrolls for Salary, Pension and GP Fund Sindh

Office of the Accountant General Sindh issued a Notification on 21-03-2024 in connection with the Schedule of Payrolls for Salary, Pension, and GP Fund final payment and non-refundable advance. The details are as follows:

The Accountant General Sindh has been pleased to order that the following payrolls be run on the dates following as given below.

Sr No	Type of Payroll	Date and Time
1	Regular Monthly Salary Payroll	20^th of every Month.
2	Supplementary Salary payroll	30^th and 31^st or last working day of the month.
3	Off-cycle payroll.	5^th and 15^th of every month.
4	Regular pension payroll	21st of every month.
5	Off-cycle payroll	4^th of every month.
6	GP Fund Final Payment	One a week prior to the 20^th of every month
7	GP Fund non-refundable advance	One a week prior to the 20^th of every month:

Note:

Receiving of Fo-I & II from RD Section before the 10^th of every Month.
Receiving of Fo-I & II in the DCC Section from all Pre-Audit Sections before the 15^th of every month.
In case of a holiday, the next working day (date) of payroll will be considered.
Forwarding of pay bill through the CTS System from all pre-audit sections before the 18^th of every month.
