Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department has issued a Notification on 21-05-2021 in connection with Revised Notification Regarding Opening of Educational Institutions wef 24th May 2021.

It is to mention here that this is the Clarification of substituted notification regarding the opening of the institution on 24-5-2021 in KPK.
This is for information of all concerned that Higher Education Department in line with NCOC decision notified closure of Govt/private Colleges/ DAIs/ Universities to vide notification dated 21-5-2021, based on statistics of Covid recorded on 18-5-2021 however, later on, updated statistics Dated 19-5-2021 were received and the earlier notification was accordingly substituted in the same date mentioning the districts where education institutions will be re-opened w.e.f 24-5-2021.
In view of the above, it is once again clarified that educational institutions in the following districts where the positivity rate is less than 5% will be re-opened for educational/academic activities w.e.f 24-5-2021 with staggered approach and strict compliance of SOPs.
