National Assembly Secretariat issued a notice on 28-11-2022 in connection with the Meeting of Special Committee Affected Federal Govt Employees. The details are as under:

Meeting of Special Committee on Affected Employees called  on 1^st and 2^nd December 2022 by National Assembly Secretariat

According to the notice, recently issued by National Assembly Secretariat:

The 10^th and 11^th Meetings of the Special Committee on Affected Employees will be held on the 1^st and 2^nd of December 2022 at 2 PM, respectively in the constitution Room. (2^nd Floor) , Parliament House, Islamabad  as per the following Agenda:

• Confirmation of Minutes of the previous meeting on 24^th and 25^th November 2022; Sacked Employee  (Reinstatement) Act.  2010 void and give its recommendation  to the House in light of the Decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan,  dated 17^th December 2021:

• To review cases of all Affected Employees of any Government, semi-Government Departments, attached departments, or autonomous bodies on a contract basis, daily wages, project employees, or any other employees whose services had been terminated for any other reasons. Furthermore, absorption cases of teachers of all grades:

• The committee shall in addition to the powers already available with the standing Committee, also have the powers to issue direction/show cause notice to any of the departments in case of necessity; and

• Any other item with the permission of the chair.

The  Hon. Members are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
