Government of the Punjab, Services, and General Administration Department issued a Notification on 21-04-2023 in connection with New Revised Office Timings Punjab Govt wef 26-04-2023. The amended office timings in Punjab are for 5 working days a week and 6 working days a week. The details are as under:

S&GAD issued the recent Notification for the Office Timings after Eid-ul-Fitr 2023 holidays. The Government had to change the office timing earlier due to the Holy Month of Ramzan 2023. School Education Department Rawalpindi / Murree Punjab has also issued the Notification of Revised School Timings wef 26th April 2023 for the schools in Murree and Rawalpindi Districts.

Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, the following office timings shall be observed in all the offices of the Government of the Punjab w.e.f. 26^th April 2023:-

Office working on 5-days a week

Offices working on 6-Days a week

Punjab Services and General Administration Department Punjab revises the office timings for all offices under Punjab Government. The S&GAD department changes Offices timings for all days of the week, in relation to the end of Ramadan. The Office timings were changed for Ramadan.  The Offices were to open and close earlier due to Ramadan. But, as Ramadan ends, the S&GAD again issues the office timings.
