Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department issued a Notification on 11-07-2023 in connection with Extension Executive Allowance /Executive Performance Allowance KP 2023. The details are as under:
Provision of Extension Executive Allowance /Executive Performance Allowance KP 2023
The government of KBK also made modifications to the notification issued on 2nd February 2018. After modification, the Government extends the Executive Allowance /Executive Performance Allowance.
The new rates will be applicable on a monthly basis from the 1st of July 2023. The finance department will make also amendments to the payrolls from 1st, July 2023. As it adds the amount of Executive allowance or executive performance allowance with the new rates. The new rates of this allowance are also applicable according to the budget needed and available budget.
Many of the officers are using the services of other official employees at their residences. The government is providing this allowance with increasing rates to avoid that official to not to use the services of any other official government employee at their residence.
Beneficiaries of Executive Allowance
According to the notification all the officers PAS, PCS, and PMS are eligible to get this allowance. Finance Department will add the new amount after extending that rate on a monthly basis.
The provision of this allowance is to certify that the officer is not using the services of any official employee at his residence.
After approval from the government of Labor pattern for finance department is To grant this allowance after checking the availability of the budget.
