The Finance Division issued Notification No F.No.. 2(16) CF-iv/2024/56- dated 12th February 2024. The Finance Secretary has been pleased to institute a committee on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to look into matters relating to the determination of the legal status of federal government entities in terms of the applicability of the SECS Act 2023. The composition of the committee will be as under:
