Average Basic Pay Calculator 24 Months and Last 3 Years Basic Pay for Pension Purpose

 

This new average basic pay calculator is for Federal Employees, Punjab Government employees, and other provinces where the average basic pay of the last 24 and 36 months is taken. The employee is to enter just three values, and it will automatically calculate all last months’ basic pay even if Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 or Annual Increment is involved.

 

Inputs

 

The employee has to enter the following values:

 

• BPS No of the employee
• Last Basic Pay without Usual Increment
• Personal Pay (PP) if any
• Date of Retirement

 

Out Puts

 

The outputs of the calculator are as under:

 

• Last 24 or 36 months basic pay each month
• Overall Average Basic Pay of 24 or 36 months

 

Period / Dates Effective

 

This calculator is effective for the retirement date 24 or 36 months after the revision of Basic Pay Scales 2022 till further revision of Basic Pay Scales 2026. If the Government revises basic pay scales in 2027 or later, this calculator will give errors.

 

Pay Scales Effective

 

This average basic pay calculator is effective until the Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 remain. If the government revises further pay scales after 2026, this calculator will not give correct answers. So use this calculator until further pay scale revision.

Provinces/Federal

As per the latest information, the following provinces use average basic pay for pension purposes:

 

• Federal (24 months)
• Balochistan (24 months)
• Punjab (36 months)

Sindh, KPK, etc take the last basic Pay for pension purposes.
