State of Madina and the Salaries of their Employees

(May the feelings of our hearts be realized) Hazrat Omer R.A, the third caliph of the state of Madina, received a salary from the treasury as low as an ordinary laborer. Even though he was the caliph, he kept stones tied on his stomach all day. And first, when the salary of an ordinary laborer was increased to a certain level, then the caliph agreed to increase the salary of a caliph accordingly.

Government Employees and Salary Increase in Budget 2020-21

I have collected the views of the employees in connection with pay salary Increase in Budget 2020-21 for the Government employees. As far I have observed their demands, these are nearly based on the actual situation for the employees. Due to the increase in prices of daily use items, rents, bills, etc nearly everyone has adjusted himself to some extent except the Government employees. Their salaries are fixed and they are looking at the Government to raise their pay in the coming Budget 2020-21.  The authorities who prepare the budget and give proposals must include these demands of the employees to the maximum possible extent.

Now at this time, there are four Adhoc allowances that the Government employees are getting. These are as under:
