I am sharing the big good news from Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI). All such insured registered persons in EOBI, who have reached the fixed age of pension (For male employees 60 years and for female employees and workers 55 years) and they have not contacted to EOBI for pension due to lack of information. They are being informed that the list of such expected pensioners has been published on EOBI website.
I hope you are well aware of the base of correct amount of pension. Firstly, the period of the employment and secondly how much pension emoluments you were drawing at the time of retirement. The detail of these emoluments is available in the Last Pay certificate (LPC).
Various Resolutions moved on 10-12-2010 in National Assembly of Pakistan. There were two resolutions related to the Government Employees. One was to Increase basic salaries of the Government Employees and the other one related to the pensioners to equalize the pension to Basic Pay. Detail is as under:
