Government of Pakistan, Finance Division Regulations Wing has issued Notification No. F.No.4(2)R-2/2014-241 dated 20-09-2016 in connection with Pay Protection Clarification on Regularization of Gazetted Employees.
According to this Notification, various queries have been raised by Ministries/Departments/Divisions and AGPR regarding protection of pay of the contract employees on their regularization or appointment on regular basis that have been clarified as mentioned on the copy of the Notification.
Sir, i am working in federal government department in bps.16, now i want to apply through proper channel in another federal government department in bps.15. Whether there is any rules for apply through proper channel in lower scale
Sir, I am an employee in the Elementary Education Department of Assam. At first I was an Assistant Teacher of lower primary school and got my present Upper primary post under the same department through Proper channel as per the govt notification. But my problem is that I received three increments in the previous job where the pay band was 14000-49000 with Grade Pay of RS 7400.But here in the present job my pay band is same as14000-49000 but Grade pay is 8700.After calculating the both I got that the salary of the prior job is more than that of this present job. Then how can my previous pay be protected. What will be the present grade pay.Can I able to protect my previous increments??? Please help me with proper instructions.

I am appointed as junior clerk bs.07 on 28.08.07 in punjab police sheikhupura region at lahore and appointed through proper channel as Data entry operator bs.11 by PPSC in Punjab Police special Branch Hqr lahore on 16.09.15 but my annual increment not adjusted of 2015. Please send any notification for adjustment of my annual increment. I shall be very thankful to u. 03334727028
Sir i was a regular employee in punjab edu department from 1 /2/1989 on est physical teacher .in 2015u was promoted as sst arts with bps 16 haviny basic pay 40200/- sir in 2016 through proper chanal i was sekected as ss by ppsc. Now my basic pay set from the 1st stage of 17grade rs 25000/= sir now having lose of almost rs 15000/i i claim my pay protection which is allowed me in my orders but account officer bahawalnagar is not agree sir pl helap me thks
What about employees who is working in EG (Executive Grades) under attached departments of ministry, if they want to join any other department which has BPS grades, would they fix the pay or not?
Can someone tell that an employee who worked for 04 years on contract basis on a gazetted post such that each contract period was consisting of six months and after every six months this period was extended to next six months with a gap of one or two days.No increment was given to the employee,later on after 04 years employee was regularized and pay was started from initial basic pay……Is such an employee is eligible to draw the previous four increments of its contract period?

I applied through proper channel , received NOC and moved on proper MOV order. Further more my service book and LPC were delivered to my present Dept.Now this dept is not fixing my pay on my running basic pay. Sir, how my pay will be fixed, is there any notification ? as i mentioned ii get regularized in 2011 july
the 3 increments in my pay of 08, 09 & 10 have become my personal pay and not been added in my new basic salary..
now they are coming as personal pay since than.
is this right ???

fixation of pay upon regularisation,should it be either revert to initial if bps and conversion of increments into personal alloeance or fixation on the basis of last pay drawn

According to my knowledge you cannot apply through proper channel for the lowest post.

punjab govt is not following this notification of restoration of last basic pay drawn upon regularisation,it time to approach punjab service tribunal
