Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification on 07-08-2019 in connection with Grant of ARA-2019 @ 5% to Supervisory / Executive Staff. Detail is as under:

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that consequent upon grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance -2019 @10% of basic pay to the civil servants in BPS 1-16 AND @5% of basic pay to the civil servants in BPS 17-20 w.e.f. 01-07-2019 vide Finance Division’s O.N. No. F.1(3)itnp/2019-700 dated 05-07-2019, it has, inter-alia, been decided that the grant of Adhoc Relief  Allowance-2019 subject to existing conditions will also be applicable to the employees of Autonomous/ semi-Autonomous bodies and Corporations, which have adopted the Federal Government’s Pay scales Scheme In totality.
