Sheikh Zayed Medical College & Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan has issued Notification on 18-11-2019 in connection with Regularization SZMC Employees from BPS-01 to BPS-15. Detail is as under:
On the recommendation of SCRUTINY COMMITTEE of this institution vide this office letter No. 52778-85/ADMN/SZMC date: 04-09-2019, and in pursuance of S&GAD Department letter No. SO(ERB)(S&GAD)5-192018, dated 29th July, 2019, Health Department letter No.E&A(Health)2-141/2013, dated 06th August, 2019 and SHC&ME Department Lahore letter No. SO(AHP-II) 42-4/2019, dated 28th August, 2019, the Punjab regularization of the service (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, regarding regularization of contract employees (BS-01 to BS-5), you are hereby offered appointment on REGULAR BASIS with immediate effect at Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan.
The services of following contract employees of this institution are hereby regularized with immediate effect on completion of three years contract service as mentioned against each, subject to the fulfillment of conditions as laid down in the above mentioned Act. There are total 14 employees (PA / Stenographers) of BPS-15 in the list. You can read the terms & conditions for their regularization at the copy of the orders.
