Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education, Achieves & Libraries Department has issued Notification on 30-12-2019 in connection with Extension Winter Holidays 2019-2020 KPK. Detail is as under:
Extension Winter Holidays 2019-2020 KPK Colleges
In continuation of this Department’s Notification of even number dated 28-05-2019, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education, Achieves & Libraries Department is pleased to extend the winter vacations upto 07-01-2020 in all Public & Private Sector Colleges & Universities of the province and the institutions will re-open on 08-01-2020.
As soon as I get the Notification of Extension Winter Vacation 2019-2020 KPK schools, I shall share the same too at the same post.
Further Extension upto 12-01-2020
Government of KPK Education Department has extended further holidays for the schools upto 12th January 2020. The schools will again open on 13-01-2020.
Higher Education Department Updates as on 7-01-2020
There is no extension for winter vacation for KPK Higher Education Departments. The Competent Authority of Higher Education declared that Winter vacations in Colleges & Universities are not gonna extend anymore. All Institutions will open Tomorrow on 8 January, IN SHA ALLAH.
It’s good on the part of KP Govt. Education deptt. Fact of the matter is that pakistan metrological deptt has yesterday conveyed that this cold spell will be more cold and worse one till 2 weeks of January 2020. So it is requested that KP govt. may take notice of this and extend winter holidays beyond January 8, 2020 if situation get worse please.
But college are open in these days
