Social Welfare, Special Education Literacy, Non-Formal Education & Human Rights Department has issued Notification on 01-01-2020 in connection with Grant of Incentive of Time Scale to Teachers of Social Welfare and Special Education Department. Details are as under:
Grant of Incentive of Time Scale to Teachers
The following categories of teachers have been granted incentive of higher TS:
Senior Teachers – BPS-17
Senior Teachers (Baby Day Care) – BPS-14
Junior Instructors – BPS-14
Vocational Instructors – BPS-14
Vocational Teachers – BPS- 11
On the recommendations of Departmental Committee on policy of Time Scale held on 10th December,2019,the following Senior Teacher (B-17), Senior Teacher (Baby Day Care ) (B-14), Junior Instructors (B-14), Vocational Instructors (B-14) and Vocational Teachers (B-11) of Social Welfare and Special Education Department are hereby granted the incentive of TS (B-18 to B-19,B-17 to B-18,B-16 to B-17, B-14 to B-15, and B-11 to B-14), in term of Government of Balochistan, Finance Department’s circular letter No. FD (R-I)V-II-13/2014/337-457, dated 21st February, 2014, and FD(R-I)VII-13/2016/II.III dated 6th January, 2016, from the date mentioned against each in the list. There are total 22 employees who have been ranted promotion.
