Payment of Salaries to All Kind of Workers
In pursuance of the order No.SO(Jud-I)HD/8-(04)/2020-Corona, dated: 23-03-2020, issued by Home Department, Government of Sindh, all employers/Owners/Occupiers of establishment and responsible -persons under Section 3 of the Sindh Payment of Wages Act, 2015, are hereby -revised to disburse the salaries to all kinds of workers i.e. permanent, contract, daily wages, probationary, temporary & piece-rated workers, on 31st March, 2020, respectively, so that they could meet their day to day expenses.
Timings of Petrol Pumps in Sindh
Government of Sindh, Home Department has also issued Notification on 29-03-2020 in connection with Timings of opening and closing of Petrol Pumps in Sindh. Detail is as under:
I am directed to refer to this department Order No. SO(Jud-I)/HD/8-1(04)/2020-Corona dated 27th March, 2020 and to clarify that petrol pumps within city area to also follow the timing (08:00 am to 05:00 pm). However, tyre (Puncture Shops) situated therein remain open. The Petrol Pumps on Highways may remain open for goods transport.
