Finance Department Azad Government of the State of  Jammu & Kashmir issued a Notification on 10-04-2023 in connection with Advance Salary without HBA, MCA Deduction April 2023 AJ&K. The employees of AJK will get Pay and Allowances as well as Pension in advance but the Accounts Offices will not deduct House Building Advance, Motorcycle Advance,  Motorcar Advance, etc. The details are as under:

Advance Salary (Pay and Allowances) without HBA, MCA Deduction April 2023 AJ&K

No.FD/R/5438-99 / 2023. In view of the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, President Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been pleased to accord approval for the disbursement of salary and pension for the month of April 2023 (without deduction of the installment of HBA, Car / Motorcycle Advance) to the employees and pensioners of the Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir including Semi-Government Organizations on 18^th April 2023.

5. The Private Secretary to Additional Chief Secretary (General), Azad Kashmir Government of the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
6. Private Secretary to Additional Chief Secretary (Development), Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
7. Private Secretary to Senior Member Board of Revenue, Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

Federal and Other Provincial Governments Orders

Punjab Government and Sindh Governments Finance Departments have already issued their Notifications for disbursement of Pay and Allowance in Advance April 2023 on 17^th April 2023. However, Federal Government has not yet issued the orders yet till 10^th April 2023.

The employees and pensioners will get pensions and salaries on 18-04-2023. As per routine, the employees would get their pay and allowances on 1^st May 2023, however, due to the Eid-ul-Fitr the Finance Department KPK changed the date of disbursement of pay and pension.
