Promotion Case of Senior Clerk BPS-14 to Assistant BPS-16 KPK
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issue a notification on 27th April 2023 to the Secretary of the KPK Government Establishment Department and Finance Department regarding the Promotion Case of Senior Clerks. Higher Education Archives and Libraries Department notifies the Secretaries of Finance and Establishment Department in order to reschedule the meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee on Tuesday 09th May 2023 at 11:00 AM.
Rescheduling The Meeting for Promotion Case of Senior Clerk to Assistant
The government of KPK Higher Education Archives and Libraries Department rescheduled the meeting of the Secretaries of the Finance and Establishment department in order to discuss the Promotional case of Senior Clerks. The meeting will be held on the newly announced schedule mentioned above. It is requested to depute a well conversant officer to attend the meeting to discuss the subject. The meeting was previously scheduled on 6th April 2023. The new date of the meeting is 9th May 2023.

The meeting is going to be held under the Chairpersonship of the Secretary Higher Education Department in his office. The agenda of the meeting is to discuss as
Promotion of Senior Clerk BPS-14 to Higher post of Assistant BPS-16.
The Departmental Promotion Committee is responsible for all promotional cases. But it is not only competent authority for this. It must discuss the subject matter of the cases with the Authorities of the Finance and Establishment Department as they are also concerned with this.
