Government of Sindh Local Government and Housing Towns Planning Department Karachi issues a most immediate notification. The notification is about the stoppage of payment other than salaries /pensions /utility bills and POL. The competent authority imposed a complete ban on all types of expenditures Some of the expenditures are excluded from the Ban as per notification.
Complete Ban on Payments of All Types of Expenditures on New Humans Resource
Research officer Local government and Housing Town Planning Department directed to inform all the Administrators/ Municipal Commissioners and Metropolitan Corporations Karachi. The letter is about imposing a complete ban on payments of all types of expenditures other than specific expenditures. The regular and previous HR expenditures are excluded.
Types of Banned Expenditures
According to the notification or letter following expenditures have to be stopped:
All types of expenditures.
Expenditures on a New Human Resource.
Excluded Payments or Expenditures from Complete Ban
The subject of the letter is to stop all payments other than the following expenditures:
The above all expenditures are excluded from Ban. The local Government and Housing Town Planning Department imposed a complete ban on all types of expenditures except the above ones. The payments for the above expenditures will remain as per schedule on a regular basis.
All the Administrators Municipal Commissioners and Metropolitan Corporations in Karachi must ensure to follow the instructions of this letter.
Strict Actions in Case of Non-Compliance
The competent authority will further issue orders about the payments of banned expenditures. in case of non-compliance with the above policy and guidelines, strict actions will be taken against the concerned officer official. For this purpose, the competent authority or treats the above subject as the most immediate.
