Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 03-11-2023 in connection with Revised Rates Payment of Fee to Government Employees Performing Whole Time of Part Time Jobs.
Revised Rates Payment of Fee to Government Employees (Full Time and Part-Time Jobs)
The finance department revises the Rates of Payment of Fees to Government servants. They are getting payments for their performance for whole-time or part-time jobs. As if they are performing duties under Autonomous or Semi-autonomous Local Bodies in addition to their own duties. With the approval of the government of Punjab finance department increased the existing rates of payments for public servants. The existing rates are approximately Rs. 3000 which are going to be increased with the difference of Rs. 17,000 and finalize as Rs. 20,000.
Approval of CM Punjab for Revised Payment Rates
A continuation of this department’s letter bearing number FD-SR- I-9-1/2007/ (Vol-II) to date on 30th July 2011. The competent authority, Chief Minister approves the revision of existing rates of payment of fees with effect from 1st, July 2023
The existing rare existing rates per month are 10% of basic pay which is subject to a maximum of Rs. 3000. After approval and with the same terms and conditions the revised rates per month are 10% of basic pay subject to a maximum of rupees 20,000.
