Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarters) issued a Notification on 07-03-2024 in connection with the Enhancement of the Machine Readable Passport Fee 2024. The Government increased 50% amount in the existing rates. The details are as under:

I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that it has been divided by the Government of Pakistan to enhance the Passport fee w.e.f 07-03-2024 proscribed as under:

More Instructions
All Passport issuing authorities at home & aboard are advised to follow the passport fee structure stickily as per laid down instructions: –
- The enhanced passport fee will be realized w.e.f 07-03-2024
- All passport applications made on or after 07-03 2024 will be admitted against the Enhanced Passport Fee. In case there the fee was deposited before 07-03-2024 at old rates and the passport application was made on or after 07-03-2024 the different will the difference will invariably be realized and the passport application be entertained only on realization of the passport fee on the enhanced rates.
- this was issued with the approval of the Director General immigration & passport (HQES).
The willing ones can get 36, 72, and 100 pages passport copies. These have different rates.
The Headquarter has informed all the concerned.
Before this Passport Headquarters issued the Notification of Revised Passport Delivery Time for normal, urgent, and fast-track passport.
