Notification of Regularization Junior Clerks from First Joining (17-A)

Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sargodha has issued Notification on 24-02-2020 in connection with Regularization Junior Clerks from First Joining. The Notification regarding regularization of service of Junior Clerk BPS-11 from the date of joining recruited on contract basis under Rule 17-A of Punjab Civil Servants (Appointments & Conditions of Service) Rules-1974 issued.

Working Paper Regularization Contract Employees Punjab

I am sharing here the Working Paper Regularization Contract Employees Punjab. The employees mayu be given three options.

Either, their contract service should not be included in qualifying service.  OR

They may be required to return 30% Social Security Benefit (30% SSB) with compound interest as determined by A.G Office of Finance Department.
