Due to an increase in salaries of the province of Sindh I have prepared a detailed estimated Salary Chart of Fresh Appointed Employees 2020-21 BPS Wise. However Federal, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan Governments did not raise salaries this year budget in July 2020. This chart of the salary of newly appointed employees in the province is applicable with effect from 1st July 2020. The fresh employees appointed in other provinces and Federal will get the same salary as the previous year.

I have collected the views of the employees in connection with pay salary Increase in Budget 2020-21 for the Government employees. As far I have observed their demands, these are nearly based on the actual situation for the employees. Due to the increase in prices of daily use items, rents, bills, etc nearly everyone has adjusted himself to some extent except the Government employees. Their salaries are fixed and they are looking at the Government to raise their pay in the coming Budget 2020-21.  The authorities who prepare the budget and give proposals must include these demands of the employees to the maximum possible extent.
