Due to an increase in salaries of the province of Sindh I have prepared a detailed estimated Salary Chart of Fresh Appointed Employees 2020-21 BPS Wise. However Federal, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan Governments did not raise salaries this year budget in July 2020. This chart of the salary of newly appointed employees in the province is applicable with effect from 1st July 2020. The fresh employees appointed in other provinces and Federal will get the same salary as the previous year.
Every employee wants to know about the updates of salary Increase for Employees in Budget 2020-21. They are reading/listening to the news nearly every day. No news is yet confirmed and news are news. One day they read in newspapers that the Government will increase salary @ 50% but just on the next day, they read that Govt does only a 5% increase in salaries. Even they also read and hear that there will be no increase in pay and pension of the employees due to COVID-19. They also know that all will be final on the day of the announcement of Budget 2020-21 Federal Govt. The employees will have to focus on this day of budget speech 2020 in the National Assembly. This speech will be nearly the final one for them even some times Govt also changes the salary that is announced in the Budget Speech.
I have collected the views of the employees in connection with pay salary Increase in Budget 2020-21 for the Government employees. As far I have observed their demands, these are nearly based on the actual situation for the employees. Due to the increase in prices of daily use items, rents, bills, etc nearly everyone has adjusted himself to some extent except the Government employees. Their salaries are fixed and they are looking at the Government to raise their pay in the coming Budget 2020-21. The authorities who prepare the budget and give proposals must include these demands of the employees to the maximum possible extent.
