Pension Updates

I am sharing here the Clarification of Pension Increase 2022 @ 15% instead of 05% Punjab. The pensioners of the Punjab Government were worried about the only 5% increase in pension in the Budget 2022-23. During the Budget Speech 2022-23 Punjab, the Provincial Minister announced to increase 5% the pension for the pensioners.

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued an OM on 30-04-2022 in connection with Clarification Increase in Pension Federal Pensioners 2022. Only the Federal Government notified on 14th April 2022 regarding Pension Increase April 2022 for the Federal Government Pensioners. No province yet announced raising the pension.

As the Finance Division has issued a Notification of Increase in Pension April 2022, so I have prepared the Revised Pension Calculator April 2022. This pension calculation sheet is only for the Federal Government employees yet. Provinces have not yet issued the Notification of an increase in pension for provincial employees in 2022. As soon as the provinces issue the same, I shall update the same post with a revised pension calculator 2022 for the provinces too.
