I am sharing here the Latest Updates of Utility Allowance for Sindh Govt Employees. There is a rumor on social media that the Government of Sindh has granted Utility Allowance to the employees of the province of Sindh.
Utility Allowance for Sindh Govt Employees Reality
Many news channels also broke the same news. But the reality is that Chief Minister Secretariat has forwarded a letter/demand of an MPA to grant the same allowance as per rules. Chief Minister Sindh has not given yet the approval of this allowance. The secretariat just forwarded the letter and asked to take the necessary action as per the rules.
I am directed to forward herewith a letter, dated 26.12.2020, along with its enclosures, received from Nawabzada Mir Nadir Ali Khan Magsi, MPA Sindh, District Kamber-Shahdadkot, on the subject noted above, bearing the following remarks/minutes of the Honorable Chief Minister, Sindh.

It is requested that further necessary action may kindly be taken in the matter as desired by the Honorable Chief Minister, Sindh, in accordance with rules/policy under intimation to this Secretariat, at the earliest, please.
The Chief Secretary Sindh will further take action on this letter. As soon as I get further updates on the same letter, I shall update the same to the employees. So keep tuned with me for the updates in this regard. As per the previous examples, such grants are only the Governments give to secretariat employees. The Government did never granted this allowance to all its employees. However, Sindh Govt has issued Notification of Increased Utility Allowance to Sindh Judiciary Staff 2020. The Government of Sindh has the ability to favor the employees and grant them an allowance. Let’s see and hope for the best.
