20% Fee Concession during Closure of Private Educational Institutions

It is a good decision of the Government as the business is close due to COVID-19. The parents are unable to pay the fees of their children. It is much better if the Government also give concession to the parents paying less than 8000/- per-month fee. As the business has an effect on all types of people.
